brickellmAlong with Downtown, Brickell is Miami and South Florida’s major financial district. The area has been labelled “Miami’s Wall Street of the Americas”, and is home to over 100 domestic and international financial institutions and many distinctive cultural institutions, sporting venues and area attractions such as Vizcaya Museum, Miami City Ballet, New World Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, Miami Art Museum, and Gusman Center for the Performing Arts to name a few. At the center of Brickell is Mary Brickell Village, a French-style village featuring a variety of boutiques, bars and restaurants that attract a lively social scene.

Brickell is also a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Brickell Key, a gated 44-acre island of upscale, high-rise residential and hotel towers, is separated from Brickell Avenue by only a few hundred feet of water.

The area enjoys a diverse population of predominately young professionals, empty nesters, and international businesspeople that enjoy living near work and desire a sense of community that too often is rare of most urban settings. Residents of the Brickell/Downtown area enjoy magnificent panoramic views of South Beach, Coconut Grove, and Key Biscayne; all only minutes away.
