Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard are the main north-south roads, and Flagler Street is the main east-west road. This urban residential neighborhood is a cultural melting pot of people and is the historic Heart of Miami. The Downtown Miami area features mostly a rising skyline of high-rises and boutique luxury residential condominium towers and mixed-used communities. Advancements in infrastructure, job and economic growth has increased the boom in real estate construction that will provide more residences for sale and lease for residents.

Downtown is a destination and home to many major museums, parks, education centers, banks, company headquarters, courthouses, government offices, theaters, shops and many of the oldest buildings in the city. The city has begun revitalization with new shops, restaurants and nightlife options available to current and new residents. Downtown Miami’s location is central to the Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, and is a short distance to Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and many other South Florida destinations and attractions.
